§ 2054.055 VACANCIES.
| (a) The governor shall fill a vacancy in the appointed board members by appointment with the advice and consent of the senate.
(b) A vacancy in the elected board members shall be filled as provided by the company's bylaws. (c) If a vacancy occurs before the date the vacating member's term expires, the successor member shall be appointed or elected for a term that expires on the same date as the vacating member's term.
