§ 2054.101 GENERAL POWERS OF BOARD.
| The board has full authority over the company and may:
(1) perform any act necessary or convenient to administer the company or in connection with the company's insurance business; and (2) function in all aspects as the governing body of a domestic mutual insurance company.
