§ 5.68-1 Penalty for Violation of Act
| Any officer or representative of any insurance company or association authorized to write workmen's compensation insurance in this State, who shall violate any provision of the laws relating to such business contained in chapter 10, Title "Insurance" of the Revised Statutes, relating to the State Insurance Commission and
such business, shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars. Acts 1923, p. 411. |
