§ 402.00115 COMPOSITION OF DIVISION.
| The division is composed of the commissioner of workers' compensation and other officers and employees as required to efficiently implement:
(1) this title; (2) other workers' compensation laws of this state; and (3) other laws granting jurisdiction or applicable to the division or the commissioner. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. , § HB 7, eff. Sept. 1, 2005. |
