§ Terms; Vacancy
(a) Members of the commission hold office for staggered two-year terms, with the terms of three members expiring on February 1 of each year. (b) If a vacancy occurs during a term, the governor shall fill the vacancy for the unexpired term. The replacement must be from the group represented by the member being replaced.
