§ 402.251 COOPERATION; FACILITIES.
| (a) The department and the division shall cooperate with the office of injured employee counsel in providing services to claimants under this subtitle.
(b) The department shall provide facilities to the office of injured employee counsel in each regional office operated to administer the duties of the division under this subtitle. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., ch. , § , HB 7, eff. Sept. 1, 2005. |
