Texas Labor Codes 411.062 pre 9/1/95

A field safety representative must be:

(1) a college graduate with a bachelor's degree in science or engineering;

(2) a registered professional engineer;

(3) a certified safety professional;

(4) a certified industrial hygienist;

(5) an individual with 10 years' experience in occupational safety and health; or

(6) an individual who has completed a certified training program in accident prevention services approved by the division.
