§ 103.400 Fleet Vehicle Management Program.
| (a) Each commission vehicle, with the exception of a vehicle assigned to a field employee, shall be assigned to the commission motor pool and shall be available for check-out.
(b) Commission vehicles may be assigned on a regular or everyday basis to an individual administrative or executive employee only if the commission makes a written finding that the assignment is critical to the needs and mission of the commission. (c) Any policy or procedure promulgated by the commission relating to the assignment and use of commission vehicles shall be consistent with the management plan adopted by the General Services Commission.
