§ 144.9 Exchange of Evidence and Proposed Resolution.
| History:
(a) Not later than the seventh day preceding the arbitration proceeding, each party is required to exchange with the other party, and file with the arbitrator: (1) all pertinent medical reports and other documentary evidence in the party's possession not previously exchanged or filed; and (2) written proposals for resolving the issues in dispute. (b) A party failing to comply with this requirement without good cause, as determined by the arbitrator, commits an administrative violation.
