§ 160.3 Subscribing Employer's Report of Injury.
| A subscribing employer's report of injury filed in accordance with Texas Labor Code, section 409.005, shall satisfy that employer's requirement to file a report of injury under Texas Labor Code, section 411.032, unless the commission requests that the employer file a report with the commission for a specific injury.
