§ 41.105 Definitions
| The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) Custodian of the records of the Texas Industrial Accident Board--The executive director of the Texas Industrial Accident Board. (2) Deputy custodian of the records of the Texas Industrial Accident Board--A board employee authorized by the custodian to act in his behalf. (3) Records of the Texas Industrial Accident Board-- (A) Public records--All information collected, assembled, or maintained by the board that is not otherwise confidential by law. (B) Confidential records--All information collected, assembled, or maintained by the board that is confidential by law, including, but not limited to, claim file information.
