§ 41.150 Publications
| The following are charges for specified board publications.
(1) Procedure manual chapters: standard charge for copies of public records, according to length. (2) Board rules: standard charge for copies of public records, according to length. (3) SDS tables: standard charge for copies of public records, according to length. (4) "Facts for Injured Workers": $40 per 1,000. (5) "Official Medical Fee Guidelines": $12.50. (6) "Official Hospital Fee Guidelines": $12.50. (7) "Official Pharmaceutical Fee Guidelines": $1.00. (8) Summary of legislation. Subsequent to each legislative session, the board publishes summaries of workers' compensation-related legislation. The charge shall be set each year, at the standard charge for copies of public records, according to the length of the summary.
