§ 42.5 Applicability and Scope of Rules
| (a) General. These sections govern all providers of health care services and supplies covered under the Texas Workers' Compensation Act (the Act).
(b) Out-of-state providers. Out-of-state providers of health care services and supplies covered under the Act are governed by these sections. (c) Effective date. These sections shall be applicable to all services and supplies provided subsequent to November 1, 1988.
