I worked at State Fund's infamous San Jose District Office. This is where the District Manager (Gordon Langlois), the Claims Manager (Geri Madden) and two others in particular (Bob Quaid and Mr. CHP himself, Robert D. Long) looted State Fund's general fund by allowing themselves to be blackmailed over giving out billions in free life pensions to anyone in law enforcement, politics and civil service management. This blackmail totalled roughly a billion dollars and this payout along with all the other LOOTING going on in a systemic, planned method by the various Presidents, Vice-Presidents and Board members of State Fund. The home office looting totalled from 10 to 100 billion dollars as it was done in secret same as Chief's Disease for almost 100 years. That's what happens when you fail to audit a State Agency for a century plus. Oh, they bribed a judge here. David Butler, formerly of the Salinas WCAB is the one who was bribed. Man did he have a lot of claims (that's how they bribe them, payola city...).
