App. 2d 396 [130 P. 2d 435]; Wiersma v. City of Long Beach, 32 Cal. App. 2d 405 [89 P. 2d 1107]. )While he was doing this, Mr. Dean doubled up his fist and said, 'I'll teach you to call me an S. O. B. ' Mr. Litzmann said, 'I didn't but I will now'.
