Krikes for Petitioner Atascadero Unified School District. She saw a psychiatrist who diagnosed major depression and found her temporarily totally disabled from October 18 through December 1999. The WCJ found that no compensable psychiatric injury occurred because the gossip concerned a personal matter unrelated to Geredes' employment. We annul the award and remand to the WCAB with directions to withdraw its order granting reconsideration and issue a new order denying Geredes' petition for reconsideration.
