Proposed Rules Pave Way for Electronic Document Filing

The Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims is planning to overhaul regulations that govern claims adjusting procedures as it prepares to transition to an electronic document filing system next year. The department posted notice of proposed changes to Kentucky Administrative Regulations 25:010 in the March 28 edition of the Kentucky Register.
