The Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled that an employer who paid $60,000 to a former employee to settle her charge of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission was not entitled to a credit against the workers' compensation benefits it later was ordered to pay her.  Case: Parker v.
