DWC Submits Formulary Regulations for Final Approval

The Division of Workers’ Compensation submitted its proposed formulary rules to the Office of Administrative Law for final approval ahead of the targeted Jan. 1 implementation date. Although the final rules haven’t been posted to the DWC or the OAL website, the California Workers’ Compensation Institute made a copy of the proposal and the final statement of reasons that were submitted Monday available on its website.
