Marketer Gets 15-Month Sentence in Kickback Scheme

A federal judge on Friday sentenced former Pacific Hospital of Long Beach marketer Paul Randall to 15 months in federal prison for his role in a spinal surgery kickback scheme at another Southern California hospital. Randall’s attorney, H. Dean Steward, said the sentence was “really fair” and close to the one-year term he was seeking.
