A Texas appellate court revisited and rescinded its prior ruling that had dismissed a worker’s claim for wrongful termination after his son, a co-employee, filed a comp claim.
Upon reconsideration, the court concluded that the worker had asserted a legally viable cause of action and that he should be allowed to proceed with his retaliatory discharge suit.
