WCD Makes Updated Form 2943 Available

Oregon's Workers' Compensation Division has made available its revised Form 2943, which workers use to request review of an insurer's classification of a claim as nondisabling. The division revised the form as the result of a rule change effective Jan. 1, according to a bulletin published Thursday. Workers or their legal representatives who wish to challenge an insurer's classification of a claim as nondisabling must submit the following items to the division: Completed Form 2943.
