OSHA Investigates Death of Worker Crushed Loading Pipe

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration reported Monday that OSHA is investigating the death of a worker who was reported crushed while loading pipe onto a railcar Friday at the Tenaris Hickman plant in Armorel, Ark.Paul Hansen, area director for OSHA, told WorkCompCentral that a compliance officer was “at the site and interviewing people” in regards to the accident.Hansen said he had no details regarding the accident.
