Willig, Williams & Davidson Welcomes New Attorney

Philadelphia claimants’ firm Willig, Williams & Davidson announced Kurt Kwak joined its workers’ compensation group.

Kwak focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and Social Security disability, and brings more than 28 years of experience practicing law to the position. He has represented clients in all phases of trial, including appeals before the Commonwealth Court, Superior Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, as well as the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

A graduate of Temple University School of Law, Kwak also graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rochester with a bachelor’s degree with high distinction in history.
