Insurance Commissioner Approves Manual Changes

California Insurance Commissioner David Jones has approved numerous changes to the Workers’ Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan-1995, Experience Rating Plan-1995, and Miscellaneous Regulations for the Recording and Reporting of Data, the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau announced Wednesday. Some of the changes will take effect on Jan. 1, and others will take effect on Jan. 2, 2020, according to the bureau.
