A Cape Girardeau business owner has been sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to a felony charge of noncompliance with workers' compensation laws, Attorney General Chris Koster reported Thursday.Jeffery Overbeck was sentenced as a prior offender, Koster said in a press release.Overbeck operated Overbeck Construction in Cape Girardeau.
