Texas Workers' Compensation Commissioner Rod Bordelon has adopted amended rules regarding a non-dependent parent’s eligibility for death benefits in the state's workers’ compensation system, the Division of Workers' Compensation announced Tuesday.Bordelon adopted the rules Feb. 26.
