Zenith Adds WCAB Judge to its Legal Team

Zenith Insurance Co. announced Tuesday it has hired Pamela Foust, a California workers' compensation judge, as a member of its legal department, making her the third high-level state official to join the Woodland Hills-based insurer in the past 15 months. Foust joins Zenith after 25 years on the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), where she most recently worked in the Santa Monica district office.
