The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board suspended New York City doctor John Felix Waller’s authorization to treat injured workers after he failed to cooperate with its investigators.
The board said that it served interrogatories to Dr. Waller’s last known business address on East 56th Street, and he “failed to produce the requested documents or answer the questions therein,” the board said in a July 3 notice. The board did not say what questions it asked for which documents it requested.
