Advisory Council Set to Hear Report on Market Conditions

The Tennessee Advisory Council on Workers' Compensation will hear a report on market conditions at its next regular meeting scheduled for Aug. 17 in Nashville.The council, which reviews proposed legislation and regulations, was moved from the Tennessee Department of Labor to the Department of Treasury during the 2010 session of the General Assembly.State Treasurer David H.
