Competitive Workers' Compensation Task Force to Meet April 15

The second meeting of the Ohio Competitive Workers’ Compensation Task Force is set for 10 a.m. April 15.The agenda for the meeting includes remarks by task force co-chairs Sen. Timothy Grendell, R-Chesterfield, and Department of Insurance Director Mary Jo Hudson, and a presentation on current practices of the Bureau of Worker’s Compensation by Board Chairman William Lhota and Administrator Marsha Ryan.There also will be questions and discussion by task force members.
