A federal grand jury has indicted a doctor on drug distribution and money laundering charges, alleging that he operated pill mill in Phenix City from which he dispensed drugs including hydrocodone and methadone to patients who had no legitimate medical need for the medications, according to the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Alabama.
