A New Jersey roofing company that allowed its employees to work without fall protection is facing $112,487 in fines by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
OSHA said it issued citations for one serious and three repeat safety violations to Hackensack Roofing Co. in Hackensack on Dec. 16. The company had been cited for similar violations in 2014.
