The Tennessee Supreme Court last week suspended a Knoxville workers’ compensation attorney from the practice of law for having stolen funds from his former firm.
Charles Edward Daniel had started out as a solo practitioner, handling mostly workers' compensation and personal injury cases, after he earned his law license in 1991.
