It's Not in the Letter, but CRIB Says Rates Will Decrease 0.9%

The New Jersey Compensation Rating and Inspection Bureau will issue a 0.9% decrease for manual rates, but its circular letter to members doesn’t give the number. “We usually don’t put the number in that letter,” said Executive Director Frederick A.
