DWC Makes Another Attempt at Fee Schedule Updates

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation is proposing fee schedule changes for health care providers, ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals that, combined, would add a projected $124 million to system costs. DWC this week began the rule-making process to incorporate the three updated reimbursement manuals into its regulations. Public comment is open through Nov. 21.
