SWCB Fines Actress Uma Thurman $72,000

Actress Uma Thurman has been fined $72,000 by the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board for failing to carry workers’ compensation insurance for her employees from December 2011 to December 2012. An affirmation of nonpayment was filed against the Kill Bill star in the Supreme Court of New York on March 25, 2013, documents show.
