The Montana Workers’ Compensation Court issued two decisions allowing an injured worker who had settled his claim for wage-loss benefits to proceed with an argument that he was entitled to medical benefits because he had become permanently and totally disabled. Alan Davis suffered an on-the-job injury in October 2011. His employer had comp coverage with the Liberty Insurance Corp., and Liberty accepted liability for Davis’ claim.
