Substantial Evidence Supports Finding That Worker Fabricated Injury to Obtain Drugs

The Arkansas Court of Appeals determined that substantial evidence supported a finding that a worker who was fired after a physical altercation with one of his supervisors had fabricated a back injury in order to obtain drugs. Case: Hargis v. Lovett, No. CV-17-836, 04/04/2018, published.
