Court Publishes Part of Decision Upholding Chiropractor's Conviction for Comp Fraud

A California appellate court last week ordered the partial publication of its decision upholding a chiropractor’s challenge to his conviction and sentence for his role in a workers’ compensation fraud conspiracy. Dolphus Dwayne Pierce was the president of the P&R Med-Legal Medical Corp., a company which contracted with physicians to perform examinations of workers' compensation patients.
