The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has published a notice of rules awaiting a recommendation under the state’s “common sense” initiative: an update to the BWC prescription drug formulary and rules regarding professional employer organizations.
The proposed formulary update, which would take effect Jan. 1, would eliminate migraine drug Treximet and generic equivalents from the formulary.
