Montana’s Workers’ Compensation Court will hold a public hearing in January about changes to litigation rules.
After conducting its annual review, the Workers’ Compensation Court has proposed two new rules and amendments to about a dozen current rules.
According to the court, the amendments “clarify procedures, improve organization (and) increase internal consistency.”
