The California Workers’ Compensation Institute announced that J. Michael Nolan will resign as president on May 1, and the board of directors named Alex Swedlow as his replacement.Nolan joined CWCI in June 2011 as successor to president Ed Woodward, bringing more than 40 years of insurance industry experience with him.
