OSHA Cites Employer After Warehouse Worker Crushed by 3 Tons of Granite

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigated Denver's Nidi Tec Inc. after an employee was crushed by 6,500 pounds of fractured granite slabs. The stone distributer received $88,900 in penalties for two willful, two repeat and seven serious violations.
