Nevada Insurance regulators have decided that the National Council on Compensation Insurance will collect, tabulate and report statistical information from employee leasing companies on behalf of the state, the Insurance Division said in a bulletin issued Tuesday.Bulletin 09-008 explains that Senate Bill 361 required statistical reporting of workers' compensation insurance for employee leasing firms.
