Decision on State Worker Accused of Fraud over Sex Club Shooting Coming Next Week

A superior court judge said he will issue a decision next week on a case in which a former California correctional officer and his wife are accused of workers' compensation fraud for claiming a shooting outside of a San Francisco sex club was occupational, according to a report by the Sacramento Bee.
