Al Franken's campaign staff admitted Friday that his New York-based business failed to provide workers' compensation coverage for a three-year period.The Minneapolis Star Tribune reported that Franken's campaign manager, Andy Barr, said via a news release that the campaign would no longer contest the fact that Al Franken Inc. had failed to supply the necessary coverage from 2002 through 2005.
