The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board has temporarily suspended a chiropractor’s authorization to treat injured workers, and reinstated a doctor of osteopathy to the system.
As of Monday, Dr. Mitchell Skolnick is prohibited from rendering treatment and care to injured workers and from performing independent medical examinations, according to Subject No. 046-1016.
