High Court Vacates Award to Worker Allegedly Misled About Condition

A divided Kentucky Supreme Court overturned an award of benefits to an injured auto manufacturing worker, saying the administrative law judge needed to make additional findings as to whether the employer had misled the worker about his condition and what the worker's wages were.
