DWC Posts Second Draft of New Poster Rule

The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has posted the second draft of a rules change that will require employers to display new posters in the workplace.DWC announced the new rule in June and held a workshop to discuss changes to existing Rule 69L-6.007.
